Now that the wedding dress and miniature projects are out of the way, we finally started on the collection today. We spent the morning discussing ideas for the first base garments and after playing around with some draping, Edwin decided on the very first look!
When we were sitting on the ledge of the canal on the next street over eating lunch, there was a man on a little boat playing music on a trumpet and talking to passers-by. It was already the perfect sunny spring day outside and just when you thought it couldn't be any nicer to eat lunch outside, there is a man in a colorful costume and adorable little boat in the middle of the canal playing "What a Wonderful World." For real people.

We ended up having a bunch of swans and ducks by us in the water hoping to be fed. Here's one of them:
Pokemon update: I have 5 badges now and 39 Pokemon. And yes, my main dude is Charizard. His name is Barney. If you watch How I Met Your Mother, you know why. Something about legendary and awesome. Because he is.
