Just another day.

Happy monday. Independence Day is May 5th here so no barbecues on this end.

Work sucks now. I just get it rubbed in my face all day that I'm going to be missing the biggest/best event of this entire internship so I don't feel like doing anything.

This past weekend was Reuring in Purmerend, a free street festival that usually lasts about a week. We saw street performers and concert and it was really fun.

 There was also a man doing super weird and awesome hair. He chooses people from the audience and some years past I stood there for well over an hour but he never picked me (I know, I'm so sad) but this year I was wearing orange lipstick and I got his attention. Thank you orange!

Also, I forgot to tell you but last week Mada Van Gaans borrowed my I Love Holland bag when she borrowed lights form Edwin. She's another fashion Designer I interviewed with last summer.

Also, an actrice from the Dutch police show Baantjer was there to borrow a dress for a photo shoot. I barely know any famous Dutch people but Gerbrechje did she she recognized her form tv. It would have been more exciting (or exciting at all) had I known but anyway, this is her.
